Release Notes – v1.4.5
Fixed:
- Firmware update: Updates to various browsers have increasingly caused communication issues between the browser and the ECU during the update process, resulting in very long update times and frequent interruptions. This issue has been resolved, and future updates will work smoothly again.

v1.4.4 – November 2025
- New: Added an option for outputting result frames via CAN when using the brake assist feature. The frames can now be sent in three consecutive transmission intervals to reduce the instantaneous bus load
- New: Display of small info markers on the configuration page to indicate where further information is available
- Bug fix: When the “BrakeAcc” feature was disabled, the timing information for the frames was sometimes still written to the DBC.
- Bug fix: During rate synchronization, the old rate values were not taken into account, leading to an incorrect result if rate offsets were already present.
- Bug fix: Incorrect display of rate offsets when reverse mounting was enabled.
- Bug fix: Stabilized communication with the sensor head. In certain situations, the connection to the head would repeatedly be lost
- Bug fix: When using speed as the start trigger for the braking and acceleration app, the speed must be 1 km/h higher or lower (hysteresis) as a precondition; otherwise, the actual measurement may be triggered unintentionally
- Bug fix: When the speed crossed zero, a brief incorrect sign could occur if the filter was enabled
v1.4.3 – June 2025
- New: New logo in the configuration
- New: Support function expanded
- Bug fix: Synchronization error with IMU data resolved
v1.4.2 – January 2025
- New: Support files can now be generated
- New: Configuration interface expanded with additional error messages to prevent incorrect operation
- Bug fix: Changing the sampling frequency now displays the correct CAN bus load and delay in the configuration interface
- Bug fix: Fixed an error in signal processing during strong acceleration and high dynamics
- Bug fix: Optimization and bug fixes regarding the display of the brake and acceleration assistant (button and font size on small screens, buffer underrun error, measurement start after unsaved changes)
v1.4.1 – September 2024
- New: Added the “Edge” trigger option to the Brake and Acceleration Assistant
- Optimization: Settings for the POI on the configuration page are now clearer
- Bug fix: Fixed an issue with the incorrect reinitialization of the fusion algorithm’s signal processing (evident by noisy values for 1 second)
- Bug fix: Display error when activating the brake and acceleration assistant fixed
v1.4.0 – March 2024
- New: Settings can be saved to the sensor and restored (from sensor and file)
- New: Settings can be set to default
- New: More information in the configuration display about sensor status (Speedgrade, CAN, …)
- Optimization: Improved communication between sensor and ECU
- Optimization: Improvements in standstill detection under certain conditions
- Optimization: Output of error status improved by incorporating additional criteria
- Bug fix: Various stabilizations and bug fixes
