Made in Wetzlar

In 2021 the company Sensoric Solutions Optic and Motion GmbH was founded with its headquarters in Wetzlar-Dutenhofen. The founders Andreas, Matthias, Michael and Torsten recognized the enormous potential of optical sensors for measuring movements in various application areas very early, starting in the automotive industry and rail vehicles to industrial goods such as textiles or paper.

The use of an optical sensor allows the customer to easily, very precisely and directly measure a large number of measurands with just one sensor. Set-up and preparation times are reduced, measurement errors can be avoided.

By using a wide variety of technologies, the restrictions of a single technology can be compensated, thereby enabling added value for the customer.

The need for precise, optical sensor technology in the markets, the knowledge of our customers‘ requirements and the possibility of creating something new motivated the founders to bring Sensoric Solutions Optic and Motion GmbH to life.
